MinuteFXSignals.com provides no refunds whatsoever for any products/services that are sold after the MinuteFXSignals.com’s grace period. We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind.

By purchasing any of our products/services, you agree that you have read, understood, and accept our Refund Policy. If you purchase a Product, and for some reason you decide that you would like a refund, please refer to our MinuteFXSignals.com’s Refund Policy for details and clarification as contained within this Refund Policy document.

There are two types of products payments;

a)  Once Only Payment Products – These are products that a purchaser only purchases once and pay with one single payment. An example of these product may be a “1-On-1 Training Package”.
b)  Monthly or Yearly Subscription Payment Products – These are products that a purchaser purchases, which are renewed and payments made Monthly (for monthly subscriptions) or Yearly (for yearly subscriptions). An example of these product may be a “Forex Pro-Profit Trader” monthly or yearly subscription packages.

MinuteFXSignals.com’s grace period for “Once Only Payment products”

MinuteFXSignals.com’s grace period for “Once Only Payment Products” is considered as either:

a) A formal request for refund is received by email communication to accountservices2@minutefxsignals.com is received within 24 hours after the purchase; or
b) Before a formal purchaser’s individual account set-up is completed by MinuteFXSignals.com’s personnel. This will generally be completed within 24 hours of a working day.

Upon expiry of 24 hours or the formal purchaser’s individual account set-up is completed (which ever comes first), the purchaser will no longer be able to request for a refund. Refunds beyond this Grace Period are at our sole discretion.

MinuteFXSignals.com’s grace period for “Monthly or Yearly Subscription Payment Products”

MinuteFXSignals.com’s grace period for “Monthly or Yearly Subscription Payment Products” is considered as either:

a)  A formal request for refund is received by email communication to accountservices2@minutefxsignals.com is received within 24 hours after the purchase; or
b)  Before a formal purchaser’s individual account set-up is completed by MinuteFXSignals.com’s personnel. This will generally be completed within 24 hours of a working day.
